If your Nilfisk-ALTO Floor Machine isn't working, several issues could be the cause. It could be due to a disconnected or broken battery connector (C1), in which case you should connect or replace it. Alternatively, the 12V batteries (BAT) might be discharged or have inefficient connections; try charging the batteries or cleaning/repairing the connections. The 12V batteries (BAT) could also be broken, so check the battery no-load voltage. Other potential causes include a broken battery charger (CH), an open function selector fuse (F3), a cut, pressed, or short-circuited wiring harness, a malfunctioning program selection knob/rotary switch (SW1) or the battery has been connected with inverted polarity.
