If the recovery water vacuuming is insufficient, it might be due to several reasons. First, check if the recovery water tank is full and empty it if necessary. Next, ensure the hose is connected to the squeegee; if it's disconnected, connect it. Also, inspect the vacuum grid for clogs or a stuck float and clean the grid or check the float. Examine the squeegee for dirt or damage to the blades; clean and check the squeegee. Lastly, verify that the tank cover is properly closed and the gasket is intact; close the cover or clean/replace the gasket.
