Troubleshooting:
Problem

Burner will not match
light

Improper method of

Flames blow out
High or gusting winds.
Low on LP gas.
Excess fiow valve tripped.
Turn front of grill to face wind or
increase flame height.Refill LP
tank.Refer to "sudden drop in
gas flow" above.
Persistent grease fire
Grease trapped by food
buildup around burner
system.
Turn knobs to "OFF". Tum gas off
at LP tank.
Leave lid in position and let fire
burn out.
Alter grill cools, remove and clean
all parts.
Sudden drop in gas
flow or low flame
Flashback...

Burner and burner
tubes are blocked
Turn knobs to "OFF". Clean
burner and/or burner tubes.

Some dealers have
older fill nozzles with
worn threads.

enough "bite" to engage the valve.
Try a second LP dealer.
