INGREDIENTS
500g pitted prunes (45 pieces)
23 slices bacon (3 mm thick)
DIRECTIONS
1 Cut the slices of bacon in half and wrap each
prune with the cut slice. Pierce with a toothpick
to hold together.
2 Insert crisper plate in pan and pan in unit. Select
AIR FRY, set temperature to 200°C, and set time
to 13 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin and
allow to preheat for 3 minutes.
3 After the unit has preheated, place the prunes
with bacon on the crisper plate in the pan and
reinsert the pan into the main unit.
4 Remove pan from unit after 2 minutes and shake
prunes or toss them with silicone-tipped tongs.
Reinsert pan to resume cooking.
5 After 8 minutes, place the prunes on a serving
dish to enjoy right away.

TIP You can soak the prunes for 30 minutes in
cider before wrapping them with the bacon
for added flavour.

1kg potatoes sliced in rounds
4-5mm thick, divided in half
200g yellow onions peeled
and diced, divided in half
2 tablespoons vegetable oil,
divided
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1 Soak the prepped potatoes in cold water for
45 minutes to remove the starch.
2 Insert crisper plate in pan and then place the
pan in unit. Select AIR FRY, set temperature
to 170°C, and set time to 30 minutes. Press
START/STOP to begin and allow to preheat
for 3 minutes..
3 Dry 500g of fries with a towel until very dry.
Place them in a large mixing bowl with ½
tablespoon vegetable oil. Stir to coat all of
the fries with oil.
4 After unit has preheated, place potatoes and
onions on the crisper plate. After 5 minutes,
remove pan from unit and shake chips or toss
them with silicone-tipped tongs. Reinsert pan
to resume cooking.
5 After 15 minutes, place the chips in another
bowl, and continue with next batch of potatoes
and onions from step 3.
6 Once all of the potatoes and onions have been
air fried, place them all in the same mixing bowl
and add a tablespoon vegetable oil. Select
AIR FRY, set temperature to 190°C, and set
time to 30 minutes. Press START/STOP to
begin and allow to preheat for 3 minutes.
7 Once the unit has preheated, place all the fries
in the pan and resume cooking.
8 Remove pan from unit after 5 minutes and
shake potatoes and onions. Reinsert pan
to resume cooking.
9 When cooking is complete, add some salt
and pepper before serving immediately.

TIP You can use duck fat instead of vegetable oil
and add parsley in the end to recreate
Salardaise potatoes.
