Problem Possible Cause Soluon
Warning
O/P Overload
Your equipment requires
more power than the UPS
can provide. If the UPS is
in Line Mode then it will
transfer to Bypass Mode;
if the UPS is in Baery
Mode it will shut down.
Shut o non-essenal
equipment. If this solves
the overload problem,
the UPS will transfer to
normal operaon.
Baery Mode
UPS is operang on
baery power.
Save your data and
perform a controlled-
shutdown.
Baery Low
UPS is operang on
baery power and will be
shung down soon due
to extremely low baery
voltage.
UPS will restart
automacally when
acceptable ulity power
returns.
BAT
Disconnected/
Baery Replace
Missing baery power.
Check baery connector
when use baery
packages.
UPS has failed in Baery
Test.
Contact technical
support to replace the
baery.
Charger Failure Charger has failed.

Shut down UPS and
turn o AC input.

Contact your dealer
for repair.
EPO OFF
Missing the EPO
connecon.
Check the EPO
connecon.
Fault
Over
Temperature
High ambient
temperature.

Shut down UPS.
Restart UPS to Check
the fan for operaon
and if the venlaon
hole has been covered

Contact your dealer
for repair.
Output Short Output short circuit.

Shut down UPS

problems, please
remove them and

High O/P V
Output voltage is too
high.
1.
Shut down UPS
2.
Contact your dealer
for repair.
Low O/P V Output voltage is too low.
Bus Fault
Internal DC bus voltage is
too high or too low.

Startup fail
High temperature, or fan
fail, or baery low, or
EPO o.
1.
Restart UPS and press
the “ESC” buon to
view the warning
event. Then refer to
the soluon for the
warning.
2.
Contact your dealer
for repair.
