What to do if FaST System Option does not operate on my Nobles Speed Scrub 2401?

  If the FaST System Option on your Nobles Scrubber isn't working, start by checking if the solution switch is activated and the Scrub Mode switch is selected on FaST Scrub. Also, check if the FaST circuit breaker has tripped; if so, determine the cause and reset the 10A circuit breaker button. Inspect for clogged FaST PAK supply hoses and/or connectors, and clean them by soaking in warm water if necessary. Ensure the FaST PAK carton is not empty and is properly connected. Check for a clogged flow control orifice, and clean and reinstall it. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the scrub mode switch, pump, or air compressor may be faulty, or the solution tank filter may be clogged. Drain the solution tank, remove the solution tank filter, clean it, and reinstall.

  Poor water pick up in your Nobles Scrubber can occur due to several reasons. The recovery tank might be full, or the ball float shut-off screen inside the recovery tank could be clogged. The squeegee might be clogged with debris, or the squeegee blades could be worn out. Check if the squeegee thumbscrews are loose, or if vacuum hose connections are loose or the hose has a hole. The vacuum hose might be clogged, or the recovery tank inlet hole could be obstructed. Other potential causes include a defective tank gasket, a loose drain hose plug, a loose recovery tank lid, a loose vacuum motor (contact Service Center), or a low battery charge level.
