• To move the cursor left or right,
press or respectively.
• To delete the character to the
left, press . To clear the screen,
press and hold this key.
• To switch between upper and
lower case, press quickly.
• To add a number, press and hold
the desired key. To switch
between letters and numbers,
press and hold .
• To key in a letter that is under the
same key as the previous one,
press or (or wait for one
second) and key in the letter.
■ Speed dialling
Speed dialling is an easy way to call
a phone number that you have
assigned to the key to . To
assign a phone number to a number
key, see Speed dials in ”Phone book
(Menu 01)” on page 12.
To make a call using speed dialling:
• Either: In standby mode, press a
number key ( to ) and
then (Call).
• Or: If the Speed dialling
function in the Call settings
menu (see page 22) is activated,
press and hold a number key
( to ) in standby mode
until the call is started.
