• REVIEW PHONE SYMBOLS
The following is a collection of the various symbols and signals you may
see on your phone.
Symbol What it means
You have an active call.
The phone is waiting for you to enter numbers
or text.
You have turned off your phone’s keypad tones,
warning tones, message alert tones, and set
your ringing tone to Silent.
You’ve activated Keyguard to help prevent any
accidental keypresses.
You have one or more voice messages waiting.
You have one or more unread text messages
waiting.
Digital service is available.
Alpha characters you enter will be uppercase
(capital letters). Press to switch to
lowercase.
Alpha characters you enter will be lowercase.
Press to switch to uppercase.
Characters you enter will be numbers. Press and
hold to switch back to letters.
