Choose a contact or enter a number
In the Home screen, choose • Shortcuts > Contacts to
open your contacts list, and choose a number to call.
Or press the key. This opens your call history, so you can •
choose a recent number.
Or enter a number using the keypad.•
Make a voice call
Press the key to make a voice call.•
Make a video call
Press • Options > Make video call to make a video call (the
person receiving the call must be using a 3G mobile, and be in
a 3G area). If the 3G network isn’t available, you can choose to
make a voice call instead.
During a video call you’ll automatically be on speakerphone.•
Adjust a video call
Press Options for settings and other options, such as swapping
screens, and turning the camera on and off.
Answer a call
Press the key (or slide the phone open).•
You’ll see an on-screen alert if there’s an incoming video call.•
Making voice and video calls
Even though you’re miles apart, now you can
talk face to face.
