Email & the Nokia PC Suite
The Nokia PC Suite software is bundled with your Nokia E65, and lets you backup and synchronise data on your
phone with your PC. However, if you want to use the Nokia PC Suite and the Vodafone Mobile Email service, you
need to note the following information:
Nokia PC Suite information
If you plan to make use of the Nokia PC Suite software, you will need to make a change to its settings to
avoid any duplication with the email service on your phone.
First install the included Nokia PC Suite 6 CD-ROM on a Windows® 2000® or Windows XP® PC. Then attach the

information on using the program on the CD-ROM.
Once installed, go to Nokia PC Suite Control Panel/Data types/Synchronise and make sure the Messages
check box is NOT selected. This avoids duplications.
Personal Email:
If you have set up Personal email, select the Contacts and Calendar boxes to be able to synchronise your phone
