  There are several reasons why your NOMA Fan might be noisy during operation. It could be due to loose blade screws, a loose mounting bracket or canopy, loose screws securing the decorative housing, a loose light kit or bulb, loose screws securing the downrod, wire connectors vibrating inside the canopy, a light kit or bulb not firmly attached, the canopy rattling against the ceiling, or loose motor housing screws. Check and tighten all screws, ensure the canopy isn't touching the ceiling, and reposition any vibrating wire connectors after disconnecting power at the fuse box. Remove and re-attach light kit or bulb if it is not firmly attached.

  If your NOMA Fan wobbles or shakes excessively, check that the screws securing the fan blade clips to the motor are fastened and tightened. Also, ensure that the fan blade and its blade clip are securely fastened by tightening the screws. Finally, make sure that the canopy and mounting bracket are tightened securely to the ceiling joist.

  If your NOMA Fan doesn't seem to move much air, it could be in reverse (blades moving clockwise). For warm weather, counter-clockwise (forward) direction is recommended. Also, ensure the fan is properly located in the center of the room with at least 12 inches (30 cm) of space between the blade ends and any walls or obstructions.
