Functions
Light, fan and compressor:
Light comes on automatically, compressor and internal fan (evaporator fan) will stop when door is
opened. This saves energy and prevents the cold air being blown out through the open door. The
light goes off and the evaporator fan will restart when the door is closed.
Temperature:
Temperature range is 2.5 °C-15 °C. The thermostat is default set to approx. 5 °C.
The thermostat dial is located in the top right hand corner of the inside back wall – see fig. 3 item
c. To increase the temperature (warmer) turn thermostat dial anticlockwise. To decrease the
temperature (colder) turn thermostat dial clockwise.
Defrosting:
Automatic defrosting for 20 minutes every 6 hours. This avoids the need for manual defrosting.
