Vent Pipe Installation
Tightening
• You can select the size of vent pipe(2" or 3") according to the installation conditions.
• Push the pipe into the unit ue until it touches the bottom.
• Tighten the band clamps using a screwdriver.
• Finally, make sure that both pipes(exhaust & air intake) are securely xed.
Vent Termination
Bird Screen Installation
• Install vent screen (Only 3" bird screens are included as accessories), see the below 󰘰gure for appropriate
con󰘰guration.
• After connecting vent/air inlet terminal, it is required to install a bird screen into the termination to prevent
incoming of debris and animals, which might cause damage to the unit.
(2" bird screen (1/4" mesh) must be purchased for 2" venting installation)

* The termination elbow must be included in the total number of elbows.
Maximum Vent Length
The unit can be adjusted to accommodate longer vent runs; refer to the below table to nd the maximum vent
length based on the number of elbows.
