Step 18 – Suction Hose Routing
• Add hose clamp and connect one end of the suction hose to the Valve.
Torque to 77 in.-lb.
• Set outrigger leg to down position and tip beam to vertical position.
• Route hose through hose guide as shown below (note location of suction and
high-pressure hoses through hose guide). Zip tie suction hose to high
pressure hose so they are side-by-side. Tip splitter into vertical position a few
times and check hoses are not being crushed when the beam returns to
horizontal position.
• Add hose clamp and connect remaining end of suction hose to Return Line
Filter Fitting. Torque to 77 in.-lb.
