5.2 - PROGRAMMING MENU \ Password
Allows passwords to be set for the following access levels:
◦ Password level 2
◦ Password level 3
◦ Password level 3A
Pressing "ENTER" on one of these entries first asks for the old password and then for the new one.
N.B.: the default passwords are as follows:
Level 2 password = 22222
Level 3 password = 33333
Level 3A password = 44444
5.3 - Configuration menu (CONF)
Access level 0
The following menus and items appear when the "Configuration" menu is accessed:
• Shutdown
◦ Activation time (s) 2, [2, ..., 600]
◦ Flow control NO, [NO | YES].
◦ Flow switch input N.A., [N.A. | N.C.].
◦ Pressure switch input N.A., [N.A. | N.C.].
◦ Manual activation input N.O., [N.O. | N.C.].
• Delay configuration
• Unloading delay
◦ Automatic unloading delay (s) 10, [0, ..., 60]
◦ Manual discharge delay (s) 1, [0, ..., 5]
• Reset delay
Reset delay (min) 1, [1, ..., 30]
• Activation mode
◦ Automatic mode, [Automatic | Manual only].
5.4 - CONFIGURATION MENU \ Power off
Access level 3 (Password = 33333)
◦ Trigger Time (s) 2, [2, ..., 600]
Allows you to set the trigger time for the "Power Off" output between 2 and 600 seconds, with the default
value being 2 seconds.
◦ Flow control NO, [NO | YES]
Regardless of the status of the flow control, activation of the flow switch input without the "activated
condition" must result in the "released condition" of the extinguishing agent, which means that
shutdown has been initiated by an external action (this could be due to manual activation of the
fast flow valve).
This parameter, together with the flow switch input, is used to manage the shutdown cycle, when it is the
UDS-4N that, after interpreting the signals from the activation inputs, goes into the "release condition".
By enabling the flow switch control, in the activated condition of a shutdown cycle, the UDS-4N controls
both the signal from the flow switch and the signal from the pressure switch: the sequential activation of
these two signals leads to the extinguishing release condition. If there is no signal from the flow switch, the
