The ProCair Plus is an alternating mattress
replacement system for the prevention and
treatment of skin breakdown and pressure injuries
in patients of high to very high risk. It is designed
to replace your existing bed mattress on either a
standard or profi ling electric bed frame.
The system is constructed from transverse air cells
that cyclically infl ate and defl ate in an alternating
pattern, providing gentle and dynamic support.
Cyclic alternation of pressure prevents arterial and
venous capillary occlusion in the patient’s surface
tissue – maintaining and stimulating the fl ow of
blood and lymphatic fl uids through these tissues
to provide essential oxygen and remove metabolic
waste.

It is recommended that all packing materials and
User Guides be kept in the carry bag provided, for
ease of storage and/or transport.
