SUBJECT: COMPACTOR PRE-DELIVERY INSPECTION

Verify Items Noted Below Prior To Delivery
Verify hydraulic hoses between the motor
and manifold are tight.
Verify manifold fittings are tight.
Place compactor on level flat surface.
Remove drain plug, oil should be touching
the bottom of drain port.
Carrier hydraulic circuit needs to be tested for correct flow (GPM) and return line back
pressure. Return line flow should go straight back to the carrier’s tank and pressure
should not exceed 150 psi.
