５－１．センサの点検
必要のない限り、ケーブル引き出し
部の増締めは行わないでください。

never try to re-tighten the screws
for the sensor cable clamp.

Sensor inspection
物理的に壊した場合を除き、アブソコーダ検出器は突然壊れることはありません。通常、長期間の使用により徐々に劣化が始まり最終的に壊れる場合がほとんどです。
センサの劣化状態を把握し、不用意なトラブルによる設備の停止を最小限に防ぐため、センサチェック（点検）を定期的に行うことをお勧めします。
Unless physically broken, the ABSOCODER sensor does not usually fail in a sudden manner. Rather, it tends to deteriorate gradually after a long period of
service, before finally failing.
Periodic sensor checks are recommended to determine the ABSOCODER's rate of deterioration, and to minimize unexpected equipment stops caused
by failure.
５－２．シリンダの点検
Cylinder inspection
シリンダを取付けているボルト類、シリンダ本体の締結部、先端金具の緩みを点検してください。
必要であれば、増締めをしてください。
Check for tightness of fasteners, cylinder mounting bolts, other bolts and nuts used in
assembling the cylinder and connecting piston rod end joint to the machine part. Re-tighten
them, as required.
シリンダ外部への油漏れを点検してください。油漏れがある場合、シリンダ各部の締結部の緩み
を点検してください。異常がある場合、パッキンシールを交換してください。
Inspect for evidence of oil leakage from the CYLNUC cylinder. If any sign of oil leakage is
noticed, check for the tightness of bolts and nuts of the cylinder assembly. If there are no
loose bolts or nuts, proceed with replacement of packing.
目視チェック（日常点検）
Visual check items
(daily inspection)
●本体に傷がついたり、ゆがんだりしてないこと
●軸が曲がったり、傷がついたりしてないこと
●軸トルクが異常に重くないこと
●運転時に異常音が発生しないこと
●ケーブル引き出し部が緩んでないこと
●ケーブルが損傷してないこと
●コネクタピンが曲がったり変形してないこと
Check for damaged or deformed sensor body.
Check for bent or damaged shaft.
Verify that shaft rotates easily(torque should not be heavy).
Check for abnormal operation noise.
Check for loose cable port.
Check for cable damage.
Check for bent connector pins.
