1）ロッド固定台への取り付け
ロッド固定台は両支持としてください。
（片支持とした場合、ロッドの振動・たわみなど
により、耐久性に影響を与えます）
The rod anchor blocks must be supported at
both ends. (If only one side is supported, rod
vibration and bending may occur, affecting
the durability of the unit.)

2）ボルトでの取り付け位置
ボルトを締める場合、固定台がよじれないよう
ロッド固定台をスパナなどで固定し、ボルトは
平座金を介して締め付けてください。
Secure the rod anchor block when tightening
the mounting bolt in order to prevent the rod
anchor bolt from twisting.
The bolt should be fitted with a flat washer.

3）取り付け条件
平行度と直角度は、右の指示に従ってください。

センサロッドとロッド固定台の平行度が、右
図のとおりになるようにしてください。
When mounting the sensor, the parallelism of
the sensor rod and the rod anchor block must
be as shown in the figure at right.
