1. The monitor might be damaged.
2. The monitor might not be worn correctly.
3. The monitor is attached to the armpit for less than
eight minutes.
4. The arm is not consistently kept in the natural
dropping position covering the Monitor during
warm-up and period of use.
5. The operation temperature is too high or too low.
6. The monitor was worn before pairing.
7. Temperature sensor maybe exposed to cold
ambient room temperature
8. Child touched sensor before wearing.
1. For customer carelines, visit nurofen.com or go
to ‘support’ in the ‘settings’ section of the app.
2. Check device’s location or contact with the
armpit.
3. Keep the Monitor attached for eight minutes
before reading temperature.
4. Keep child's arm covering Monitor sensor
consistently.
5. Use this device under instructed operation
temperature (10°C -40°C).
6. Pair the monitor before wearing.
7. Ensure the monitor is covered by the child's arm
8. Do not touch the sensor before wearing
1. Enable Bluetooth® feature in the smart phone.
2. Move the smart phone closer to the monitor.
3. Reposition the child so the end of the monitor is
clear from obstruction.
