  If the Nutri Ninja Blender motor doesn’t start, ensure the Power Pod and Geared Lid are securely placed. Check the electrical outlet and the fuse or breaker in your home. Also, verify the bottom of the Power Pod is clean and not blocked by food. If there is too much food in the container, remove some. Finally, if the unit has overheated, unplug it and wait about 15 minutes before trying again.

  If food collects in the geared lid or on the sides of the Nutri Ninja Blender pitcher or food processor bowl, you may be processing too much food at once. Turn the Power Pod off and wait for the blades to stop rotating. Then, remove the Power Pod and Geared Lid and take out some of the food.

  To achieve snow from solid ice using your Nutri Ninja blender, do not use ice that has been sitting out or has started to melt. Use short pulses in the beginning to break up large pieces. Also, do not attempt to crush ice into snow in the Bowl-In-Bowl Chopper.
