The memory voltage is measured at pin 28 of U7 orU8.
Power off: The voltage should range from +3 to +2.4 volts. If the voltage
goes below +2.4, the MATRIX-6 may lose all or part of its memory.
Power on : The voltage should be 4.4 volts +/- 60mv.
