Before Requesting Repair or Service
WARNING
Only qualified technicians should disassemble or repair the fan.
Problem Cause Solution
No power. DC plug or AC adapter
not connected properly.
Insert the DC plug of AC adapter
into the DC jack.
Insert the AC adapter into the
outlet.
Blades won’t turn.
The blades are not •

Install blades and grilles properly

Air volume pointer
and indicator are off
or have no display.
In light off mode. The dimmer/light off mode can be
canceled by simply holding down
any button other than the
power button on the main unit or
the remote control.

indicators are dark.
The dimmer mode will
be enabled automatically
in about one minute
after the last operation.
