Troubleshooting
Smell coming from purier Filter is dirty or wet
Clean or replace lter.
No air ow Purier in sleep mode
Change mode.
Purier is damaged
Contact customer service.
Can not change functions/ Child lock function is on.
beeping noise when Press and hold child lock button for
pressing buttons three seconds to turn off.
Purier will not turn on No power at outlet
Verify 120V grounded supply.
Purier is not plugged in
Verify purier is plugged in and that
power cord is fully inserted into the inlet
port on the back of the purier near
master switch.
Master switch in off position
Turn on.
Ineffectiveness Filter is degraded
Change lter.
Treated area is too large
Buy appropriate sized purier.
