Out of warranty
AXDIA reserves the right to refuse any request for out-of-warranty service.
If AXDIA agrees to provide this service, all repair and shipping costs will be
charged to the customer. AXDIA will not accept any returns that have not
been authorized in advance by AXDIA through an RMA (Return Material
Authorization).
