WHEELS & TIRES
Off road travel increases the chance of wheel and tire damage;
frequently check you trailer tires and wheels for damage,
especially if traveling off road. Note that wheel/tires over
33 inches may cause interference in an overloaded trailer.
Optional Timbren jounce springs may be required (Consult
with OGT). Your trailer is not equipped with a jack or lug nut
wrench, ensure jack and wrench used is adequate for the
trailer weight and jack points. If needed, jack the trailer by the
frame just behind the suspension mount (as illustrated in Fig.
18, always ensure the trailer is parked on level surface and use
wheel chock. Progressively re-tighten the wheel lug nuts in the
pattern illustrated in Fig. 19 to a nal torque of 100ft/lbs., re-
check wheel torque after 50 and 100 kms (30 and 60 miles),
Check and inate tires to corresponding tire pressures on your
trailer Vehicle Information Plate. When replacing tires, ensure
replacements meet or exceeds tire weight rating.
Refer to the maintenance schedule in the appendix for
required service intervals and refer to the individual
component manufacturer’s warranty/manual for specic
