HOW TO CHARGE YOUR BATTERY
>> NOTE: We strongly recommend charging your battery after a
ride. Recharge the battery at ambient temperature – Avoid warm
locations. Always let the battery return to room temperature 20ºC
(68 ºF) before recharging it.
1 > Either remove the battery container or charge the battery directly
on your bicycle.
2 > The Charger receptacle is located in the front part of the locked
battery container storage compartment.
3 > Plug the charger connector into the battery receptacle and the
plug into a standard wall outlet (110/220 volts). A fully discharged
battery can be recharged in approximately 3 hours.
>> NOTE: Since the battery does not have a memory, it is not
necessary to completely discharge the battery before charging
it again.
CAUTION: Always turn off your system before plugging the
charger in or before removing the battery container to recharge.
Never turn the system on while the battery is charging.
CAUTION: When charging the battery, keep the charger
away from children’s reach. Use the supplied charger only.
Never use the charger for other purposes and do not charge the
battery in direct sunlight.
