LONG-TERM STORAGE OF BATTERY
Lithium Ion (Li-ion) Battery
✔ It is recommended that Li-ion battery packs be fully charged
before a long storage period.
✔ Store in a dry area with low humidity.
✔ Store in 5ºC to 25ºC (40 ºF to 80 ºF) area. (preferably 20ºC (68 ºF))
✔ Keep away from extreme temperature changes.
✔ Avoid direct exposure to sun rays and heat when storing a battery
pack in a warehouse.
✔ Prevent a battery pack from having dew condensation
(to prevent rust).
✔ Never leave a battery uncharged for a long period of time
(2 months or more).
✔ When time comes to replace battery, please return used
(depleted) battery to your OHM Dealer.
>> NOTE: Under shipping regulations, Lithium-ion batteries (as most
large battery packs) are considered hazardous materials. When
the battery container is installed on the bike, ground/sea transport
is allowed; by air, hazardous material regulations apply. (Please
confirm with local shipping regulations.)
