Why is my ohmex STI 7575 PRO not producing steam?
    • C
      Cody SandersAug 13, 2025
Several factors could be the reason why your Ohmex Iron isn't producing steam. It could be due to: * Insufficient water in the tank. Refill the water tank and press the steam trigger to reheat the appliance until the ready light illuminates. * The steam generator not being hot enough. Wait for the iron ready light to illuminate continuously. * Failure to press the steam trigger. Ensure you press and hold the steam trigger while ironing. * Improperly placed water tank. Firmly slide the water tank back into its slot.

What to do if water comes out of the ohmex STI 7575 PRO Iron soleplate?
    • G
      Gary MccoyAug 17, 2025
If you notice water droplets coming from the soleplate of your Ohmex Iron, it's likely due to steam that has cooled and condensed into water within the hose. To resolve this, point the iron away from your garment and activate the steam function for a few seconds to clear the hose.

Why is dirty water coming out of my ohmex STI 7575 PRO Iron?
    • J
      Janet RodriguezAug 20, 2025
If you observe dirty water and impurities coming from the soleplate of your Ohmex Iron, it's likely due to impurities or chemicals present in the water that have accumulated in the steam vents or on the soleplate, or too much scale and minerals have accumulated inside the steam generator. Regularly descale the boiler to prevent this issue.

What to do if my ohmex STI 7575 PRO steam generator produces a loud pumping sound intermittently?
    • E
      Elizabeth CoxAug 25, 2025
An intermittent loud pumping sound from your Ohmex Iron's steam generator usually indicates that there is not enough water in the water tank (the water tank empty light flashes). Fill the water tank and press the steam trigger to let the appliance heat up again. When the “iron ready” light lights up continuously, you can continue steam ironing.

How to prevent shine on clothes when ironing with ohmex STI 7575 PRO?
    • T
      Tom ShortSep 1, 2025
If your Ohmex Iron leaves a shine or imprint on garments, it's likely because the surface was uneven due to seams or folds. This is not permanent and will disappear after washing. To avoid this, don't iron over seams or folds, or place a cotton cloth over the area.

Why does my Ohmex Iron steam generator make a pumping sound?
    • C
      Courtney BrownSep 8, 2025
