GENERAL WARNINGS
Never immerse either the iron (8) or the appliance body in water (1).
• Do not use the appliance if the plug, the power cord, the appliance body
(1), the steam pipe are damaged or in the event of breakages or losses
from the appliance.
• In case of leakage of vapour from the appliance body during the heating
phase, turn o the steam iron immediately. If vapour keeps coming out
during the heating phase, turn o the appliance and contact an authorized
Centre.
• Periodically check the power cord and the steam pipe (7) conditions.
• Always place the iron (8) and the related appliance body (1) on an
horizontal, stable, perfectly at and high temperatures-resistant surface.
• The support (3) and the iron (8) plate (9) can reach very high temperatures
and cause burns if coming in contract with skin. If you want to move the
appliance body (1), never touch the support (3).
Operate extremely carefully holding the iron only from the
handle (4).
• Clean the appliance body regularly, following the instructions indicate in
the “Cleaning and maintenance” chapter.
To wait a few minutes before starting to iron for the rst time is advised.
• This product is intended for domestic use only.
It has not been designed to be used in environments like
(which are not covered by warranty):
- personnel service-areas in shops; oces and in other work environments;
- farmhouses;
- for hotels, motels and other residential environments customers;
- bed and breakfast like environments.
