  If your Oki Printer isn't printing, ensure the network component is compatible with the frame type. Set the frame type to match the file server you're connecting to. If there's a network breakdown, switch the network cable. Re-send print jobs to a queue correctly registered with the user/group name, or register the user/group name using NWADMIN. Use PCONSOLE to set jobs to Yes. Check operator flags for print queue recognition using NWADMIN. Re-send jobs to a queue with registered user/group info, or register them using NWADMIN. Ensure the print queue is assigned to the printer and doesn't exceed the maximum supported queues. Set up the slave file server using PCONSOLE.

How to fix Oki B6300 network error?

  To fix a network error that prevents your Oki Printer from printing, make sure the printer is connected to the same network as your computer. If there's a network issue between your computer and the printer, ask your network administrator to investigate. Also, ensure the printer is turned on after you send the print job. Note that if multiple computers send print jobs simultaneously, the printing will be reprocessed automatically.

  Your Oki Printer may not be printing because the power is switched off. Ensure the power switch is in the position to switch it on. Also, check that the power cord is securely connected to both the printer and the power outlet. If there is a message displayed on the control panel, follow the instructions provided to resolve the issue.

  If your Oki Printer is experiencing paper jams, follow the message on the control panel to open the cover and carefully remove the jammed paper. If the paper tears, ensure all pieces are removed. Also, pull out all paper trays to remove any wrinkled paper and check inside the printer for, and remove, any jammed paper. After removing the paper, push the paper trays completely back into the printer. When removing jammed paper, make sure that no pieces of torn paper are left in the machine because a piece of paper remaining in the machine can cause fire. If problems persist, switch off the machine immediately, and contact your dealers or our Printer Support Desk.

  If your Oki Printer isn't printing, and it's processing instructions from other computers in non-spool mode, wait until it finishes or switch to spool mode. If the printer has reached the maximum number of connections, wait and resend the print job, or increase the Maximum Sessions value in the config.txt file and reboot the printer.
