No network coverage
If the chip on the SIM card is dirty or
damaged it can impact the phone’s
ability to read the SIM card. Please
clean/replace as required.
Please ensure the SIM card is installed
in accordance with the instructions

beyond/is not pushed too far in the SIM
slot.
Failure to connect to network
The network signal may be weak/out of
range. Try changing locations to see if
the signal improves.
