Other Functions Available on the Phone
This chapter provides information on the other functions provided on the phone.
Pause Function
If the telephone is connected to a PABX (private automatic branch exchange), it may be
necessary to enter a dialling pause.
1 Press the key to insert a dialling pause between 2 digits.
Flash Function
This function is used by network operators to provide customers with various other ser-
vices. Further information can be provided by your network operator.
If your telephone is connected to a PABX system, the
key is used during a call to
enable consultation with other subscribers and/or to forward a call to them.
The functional procedure can differ according to the PABX system. Further information
is available in the operating manual supplied with the PABX.
