Automatic key lock
The key lock function is intended to prevent other functions being activated
inadvertently. You must define a period of time after which the key lock
should be automatically switched on.
Calls can still be taken in the normal way even when the key lock function is
activated.
1. Navigate to Menu Settings Phonesettings Display Screenautolock.
2. Select the required setting.
3. Select OK. The setting is saved.
Shortcuts
The mobile phone is equipped with a so called Shortcut key. You can use the
Shortcuts menu to save four functions which you can then select from the Start
screen at the touch of a key.
When the default settings are active, the functions Writemessage, Messaging,
Addnewcontact and Settings are stored in the Shortcuts menu.
1. Navigate to Menu Settings Phonesettings Shortcuts.
2. Select a storage location. Select Options Edit.
3. Select the function you require from the list of shortcuts.
The Shortcuts menu can be accessed from the Start screen using the
Navigation key .
