Emergency call numbers
You can save up to five phone numbers to which an emergency call and
emergency text are sent after being triggered by pressing the SOS key.
Do not assign any official emergency call service numbers. A false alarm can
lead to considerable costs which could be charged to you.
1. Navigate to Menu Settings Incaseofemergency SOSchain Emergencycontacts.
2. Select an empty storage location (<Empty>).
3. Select Options Manualinput.
4. Enter the necessary phone number with the associated name.
Alternatively, select AddfromPhonebook and then the required phone book contact.
5. Select OK. The setting is saved.
SOS text message
Save an SOS text message which will be sent to the stored phone numbers
after triggering the emergency call function.
The content of the emergency text messages is limited to 62 characters.
Switching the SOS text message on/off
Switch the function on or off.
1. Navigate to Menu Settings Incaseofemergency Sendmessage Settings
2. Select On OK. The SOS text message function is activated.
Content of the text message
Define the content of the SOS text message.
1. Navigate to Menu Settings Incaseofemergency Sendmessage EmergencySMScontent.
2. Edit the emergency text message.
3. Select OK. The setting is saved.
