Phone Book Settings
Advanced settings can be de ned in the phone book settings. You can de ne, for
example, where new phone book entries should be stored.
Preferred storage
You can de ne your preferred storage location for phone book entries. Depending
on the setting de ned, phone book entries are saved on the SIM card or in the
mobile phone memory without any further con rmation requests.
1 Press the left-hand softkey to open the main menu.
2 Navigate to ┣Phonebook┫  ┣Phonebook settings┫  ┣Preferred storage┫.
3 Select the storage location and con rm it with ┣Select┫.
Memory status
Information appears regarding the number of contacts stored and storage loca-
tions available:
1 Press the left-hand softkey to open the main menu.
2 Navigate to ┣Phonebook┫  ┣Phonebook settings┫  ┣Memory status┫.
The storage locations still available are displayed.
