Text Messages
Settings for Text Messages
You can use this menu to de ne further settings such as the preferred storage
location for your text messages or the receipt of delivery reports for the text mes-
sages you have sent.
Preferred storage
This de nes whether the text messages are stored on the mobile phone or SIM
card.
1 Press the left-hand softkey to open the main menu.
2 Navigate to ┣Messaging┫ ┣SMS settings┫ ┣Preferred storage┫.
3 Change the storage location with the Star or Hash key.
Delivery reports
You can de ne whether you want to receive a delivery (transmission) report for
text messages sent.
1 Press the left-hand softkey to open the main menu.
2 Navigate to ┣Messaging┫ ┣SMS settings┫ ┣Sent messages┫.
3 Change the status with the Star or Hash key.
When the default setting is set, the text messages sent are saved.
