Downloading Images to a Computer
Remove the camera lens cap.
Plug the serial cable into the serial connector (RS-232C) on
the camera.
Switch on the computer.
Set the camera's Mode dial to " ".
Launch CAMEDIA Master.

• If you connect the camera and computer while the camera is switched on,
the camera may malfunction. Always check that the camera is switched off
before you connect it to the computer.
• While the camera is connected to a computer, none of the camera buttons
function.
• The camera cannot communicate with a computer while it is connected to
a TV.
• The optional AC Adapter should be used during camera-to-computer
communication to avoid depleting the batteries.
