RED-EYE REDUCING NIGHT
SCENE FLASH MODE
You can take pictures of
people with a night scene
background while reducing
the "red-eye" phenomenon.
Notes:
• Except for the flash's pre-
flashes, this mode is the same
as the Night Scene Flash mode.
• Read precautionary remarks in
"Red-Eye Reducing Flash" (p.
37) and "Night Scene Flash" (p.
40).
• This mode cannot be combined
with the Spot mode.
• When the lens barrier is closed,
the camera switches to the Red-
Eye Reducing Flash mode.
