Setting the date and time
Thedateandtimesetherearesavedtoimage
lenames,dateprints,andotherdata.
1 Slide the lens barrier down to turn
on the camera.
Thedateandtimesettingscreenisdisplayed
whenthedateandtimearenotset.
2 Use CE to select the year for [Y].
3 Press D to save the setting for [Y].
4 As in Steps 2 and 3, use CEFD
and the x button to set [M] (month),
[D] (day), [TIME] (hours and
minutes) and [Y/M/D].
 Forprecisetimesetting,pressthexbutton
asthetimesignalstrikes00seconds.
 Tochangethedateandtime,makethe
settingfromthemenu.[X](Date/time)
