Nota 1: Per evitare anomalie
di taglio (spessore irregolare,
fette incomplete, ecc.) è
consigliabile evitare che una
parte eccessiva di prodotto
sporga dal braccio stringi
merce.
Nota 2: Se è necessario
tagliare una notevole
quantità di prodotto eseguire
più volte l’operazione di
riposizionamento del pro-
dotto stesso e ribloccaggio
con il braccio stringi merce

Azionando manualmente il
volano portare il carrello con
il piatto portamerce verso il
lato operatore.
ATTENZIONE
Fare ruotare il volano solo
in senso orario.
Allontanare il piatto
portamerce premendo sulla
leva avanzamento rapido
piatto
Porre il prodotto sul piatto
portamerce, premere la
leva di scorrimento verticale
pressamerce e bloccare il
prodotto con il braccio stringi
merce.

Impostare lo spessore fetta
desiderato operando sul
regolatore spessore taglio.
Nota3: Effettuando la regola-
zione in senso orario si
aumenta lo spessore di taglio,
ruotando in senso antiorario
si diminuisce.
La manopola è dotata di una
scala graduata da 1 a 11 (da
0 a 2 mm)
By manually moving the
fl ywheel, bring the food-
holding plate towards the
operator side.
WARNING
Turn the fl ywheel only in
clockwise direction.
Distance the food-holding
plate using the fast plate
shifting lever.
Place the product on the
food-holding plate, press
down on the pusher verti-
cal sliding handle and lock
it with the self-clamping
pusher.

Note 1: To avoid slicing
anomalies (irregular
thickness, broken slices,
etc.) it is suggested not to
let an excessive quantity of
the product jut out from the
self-clamping pusher.
Note 2: When it is necessary
to cut a substantial amount of
the product, it is suggested
to repeat several times
the product re-positioning
and re-locking operation
by using the self-clamping
pusher.
