Oliatura barra guida del
carrello piatto portamerce:
Questa operazione va eseguita
dopo la pulizia dell'affettatrice,
oppure ogni qualvolta vi siano
diffi coltà nello scorrimento.
Utilizzare olio tipo SHELL
ONDINA 15 oppure ESSO
MARCOL 82.
Azionando il volano portare
il carrello verso l'operatore.
Introdurre il lubrificante
nell’apposito oliatore barra
carrello.
Azionando il volano far scorre
più volte il carrello avanti e
indietro.

Lubrication of the carriage
guide bar:
This operation must be per-
formed after cleaning the ma-
chine or whenever there are
sliding problems. We suggest
to use SHELL ONDINA 15 or
ESSO MARCOL 82 oils.
By activating the fl ywheel,
move the carriage with the
food-holding plate towards
the operator.
Squeeze the lubricating oil
into the specifi c carriage
guide bar lubricator.
By activating the fl ywheel,
let the carriage run back and
forth several times..
