TRASPORTO
La macchina viene fornita imballata avvolta in un foglio
plastificato in Pluriboll per proteggerla efficacemente durante
il trasporto e la movimentazione.
Il trasporto della macchina imballata deve essere effettuato
seguendo le istruzioni di seguito elencate.
 La pressa deve essere sempre protetta dall’esposizione
agli agenti atmosferici ricoprendola con nylon o materiale
equivalente.
 Verificare che gli angoli alle estremità siano protetti con
materiale idoneo (Pluriboll - Cartone).
 È vietato utilizzare funi metalliche per il sollevamento
della pressa.
 Nelle operazioni di sollevamento è obbligatorio imbragare
la pressa con cinghie di almeno 1000 mm di lunghezza
con carico massimo di lavoro superiore a 1500 kg.
 Verificare che il banco di lavoro sia fissato in modo
stabile al telaio della pressa.
 Verificare che i prismi a “V” e la piastra cacciaspine siano
legati in modo stabile al banco di lavoro della pressa.

Nel caso si utilizzino carrelli a forche
per gli spostamenti della pressa
effettuare la presa ed il sollevamento
come indicato in TAV. 7.

È obbligatorio, ai fini del trasporto, fissare
adeguatamente la pressa in modo da
evitare spostamenti sul pianale del
veicolo o del mezzo.

The machine is supplied already packed in bubble wrap
which protects it effectively during transport and handling.
The packaged machine must be transported as follows:
 Always protect the press against atmospheric agents by
covering it with nylon or similar material.
 Check that the corners on the ends are protected with
appropriate materials (bubble wrap/cardboard).
 Do not use wire rope for lifting purposes.
 During lifting, sling the press with belts at least 1000 mm
long with a maximum capacity of over 1500 kg.
 Make sure that the work bench is fastened securely to
the press’ frame.
 Check that the “V” prisms and the extractor plate are fas-
tened securely to the press’ work bench.
During transport it is compulsory to firmly
fix the press so as to prevent movement
on the bed of the vehicle or means of
transport.

the press, pick it up and lift as shown in
