Mechanical timer: Used for determining the period for cooking in the
oven. When the set time expires, the elements are turned off and an
audible warning signal is emitted. The m
echanical timer can be adjusted to
the desired period between 0 - 90 minutes.
Thermostat: Used for determining the cooking temperature. After placing
the food inside the oven, turn the dial to set the desired temperature
between 50-280°C.
Using Oven Heating Elements
1. When operating the oven for the first time, you may notice an odour coming from the oven. This is normal
and it is recommended to operate the oven at 250°C for 45-60 minutes while it is empty before cooking any
food.
2. Set the temperature dial to the required temperature in order to operate the oven.
3. Whilst the oven is operation, try to open the oven door as little as possible as this lets the heat out and
reduces the cooking efficiency.
