NORME DI SICUREZZA - SAFETY RULES
Gli allacciamenti:
• elettrico
• pneumatico
• aspirazione
dovranno essere effettuati da personale specializ-
zato, il quale dovrà accertare che nel luogo di in-
stallazione della macchina sia presente un idoneo
impianto di messa a terra
L’operatore tenga presente che, per ottenere una
suffi ciente evacuazione dei residui di lavorazione,
dovrà essere applicata una velocità di aspirazione
di almeno 20 m/s (valori più bassi possono non
essere suffi cienti).
Utensili incrinati, saldati e non equilibrati non
dovranno essere riutilizzati sulla macchina.
TUTTI I SISTEMI DI SICUREZZA NON DEVONO
ESSERE RIMOSSI O BY-PASSATI.
Durante l’uso della macchina si raccomanda di
indossare sempre le protezioni consuete previste
dalla generalità delle norme antinfortunistiche:
• guanti
• occhiali
• scarpe
• cuffi e antirumore
Togliere capi di abbigliamento pericolosi, ad
esempio sciarpe, cravatte. Togliere, inoltre, anelli,
orologi o altra bigiotteria. I polsini devono essere
elastici o abbottonati, inoltre i capelli, se lunghi,
devono essere coperti da un cappello.
Non cercare di fare funzionare la macchina men-
tre siete soggetti a qualsiasi forma di condiziona-
mento che possa ridurre la vostra attenzione.
Prima di effettuare la lavorazione verifi care che
tutte le leve oppure pomelli siano bloccati.
Non avvicinarsi mai a parti mobili (utensili, pres-
sori di bloccaggio) durante l’esecuzione del ciclo
di lavoro.
È consigliabile tenere nei pressi del luogo di lavo-
ro ove è situata la macchina una cassetta di pron-
to soccorso dotata di presidi sanitari in corso di
validità e idonei a semplici interventi d’emergenza
La gestione della OPTIMA 120 CE da parte di
personale che non sia stato adeguatamente istruito,
è altamente rischioso. Si raccomanda di non
attivare le funzioni della macchina fi no a che non si
siano apprese completamente tutte le procedure di
ciclica, di regolazione, di taratura, di manutenzione
ed uso generale descritte in questo manuale.
Operation of the OPTIMA 120 CE by insuffi ciently
trained personnel is extremely dangerous.
Do not attempt to operate the machine until you
have acquired a thorough knowledge of the
operating, setting, adjustment and maintenance
procedures described in this Operation and Main-
tenance manual.
The:
• electricity supply
• pneumatic supply
• dust extraction system
must be made by specialised personnel, who
must also make sure that there is an effi cient
earthing circuit at the site where the machine is to
be installed.
The operator must bear in mind that for effi cient
removal of machining waste, the machine must
be connected to a dust extraction system with a
speed of 20 m/second (lower values may be insuf-
fi cient).
Cracked, unbalanced or welded tools MUST
NOT be used.
NONE OF THE SAFETY SYSTEMS MUST BE
REMOVED OR BYPASSED.
When using the machine all the usual safety
equipment prescribed by general safety stand-
ards must be worn, including:
• protective gloves
• safety glasses
• safety footwear
• ear defenders
Remove all potentially dangerous items of cloth-
ing, such as scarves or ties. Remove rings, watch-
es or any other jewellery. Cuffs must be elasticat-
ed or buttoned up. Long hair must be worn under
a cap.
Do not attempt to operate the machine whilst in a
state of reduced attention.
Before machining, check that all levers and knobs
are tightened and in place.
Never approach the moving parts (tools or clamp-
ing elements) during a work cycle.
It is advisable to keep a fi rst-aid kit containing dis-
infectant and materials for simple fi rst-aid work
near to where the machine is being used.
