Pin 5: Output HOLD/STOP Mode
ON HOLD mode, i.e, all output words retain status in for transmission errors.
OFF STOP mode, i.e., all output words set to OFF for transmission errors.
Pin 6:
Pin 6 should always be set to OFF.
