Basic Operation
Time Unit Selection
The desired time unit can be selected with the time unit selector lo-
cated at lower-left corner of the front panel.
Time Scale Selection
The scale is selected with the time scale selector at thelower-right
corner of the front panel.
Timing Charts
Note: 1. The minimum power-operating time, “Rt,” is 0.1 s.
2. The “t” in the timing charts stands for the set time.
