Basic Operation
Time Unit Selection
The time required for switching (0.05, 0.1, 0.25, or 0.5 s) from the
star operation to the delta operation can be selected with the star-
delta transfer time selector at the lower-right corner of the front pan-
el.

per-left corner of the front panel and appears in the window above

Use the main dial to set the operation time.
