How can I program a missing function on my Essence remote?
To use the Key Magic procedure, please follow the instructions outlined below:
1. Use the MODE key to select the relevant device key.
2. Hold down the MAGIC key until the light blinks once and then twice and stays lid.
3. Enter the code 994, the light blinks twice.
4. Press the Magic key once
5. Enter the code of the required function, see below.
6. Press the One For All key you wish to assign the function to.
7. The light blinks twice and that key should now function.
Please note:
The MODE key, CombiControl key and Magic key cannot be programmed.
The functions listed here might not all be compatible with your specific make and model.
Programming a function that does not exist on the original remote control might cause
malfunction or damage for which One For All cannot be held responsible.
How can I set up a device if I do not have a code?
If you do not have a code for your device, then you can:
Use the "Find your setup code" tool and enter the exact make and model number of your
device.
Use the learning feature of your universal remote control to copy the functions from the
original remote control. To use the learning feature, please refer to the user manual of
your One For All remote control or read the related articles in our online knowledge base.
