when the product has been modied / repaired by others than UNIVERSAL
ELECTRONICS or if a fault is the result of accident, misuse, abuse, neglect,
mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance,
alteration, modications, re, water, lightning, natural disasters, wrong use
or carelessness.
